On March 05, 2021 (Falgun 21, 2077) the Centre for Self-help Development (CSD) successfully completed a review webinar on the action plan developed by participating branch managers of “The Identification and Development of Micro entrepreneur Members” training held on Jan 31-Feb 01, 2021 (Magh 18-19, 2077). In the review program, a total of 16 participating branch managers of 10 different MFIs were present. It was the 4th of its kind of program organized by CSD to make the training more practical and effective.
The review of the action plan is held to know progress as well as discuss on practical difficulties in putting knowledge and information gained during the training into practice. The review program was also a platform to discuss and brainstorm on entrepreneurship development amongst the participants where each participant presented their achievements for the first month. The review webinar was facilitated by Director of CSD Mr. Satish Shrestha.
At the end of the program Mr. Shrestha, said that the branch managers should find the right entrepreneur with the tools they were equipped. He further suggested that Branch may introduce giving prize to the best entrepreneur member instead of selecting the best center. He further stressed on the need registering entrepreneur clients to government PAN registration so that the ample opportunities is received by client and that Branch managers facilitate the same from local tax office.
