CSD organizes series of educational and training activities (Training, Workshops, Exposure Visits, Non- formal Education Programs, etc.) to educate and orient the target comminutes. These activities address core issues related to the practice of sustainable community development and microfinance program from a practical perspective.

Activities:
The development and implementation of various training courses specially deigned for the rural target communities and staff of grassroot organisations.
Achievement to date:
- Organization of series of non-formal education programs (such as; Adult Literacy Class (ALC), Out of School Program (OSP), Post Literacy Classes (PLC), Business Literacy, etc.) and Pre-Group training, Refresher training, Public auditing, Guardian interaction programs, etc.
- Development of more than one dozen training modules and manuals on the effective promotion of group/ centers, savings and credit organization/s (SCOs), Producer Groups (PGs)
- Organization of various training on human resource development of various organizations (NGOs, INGOs, Gos) to enhance their capacity building programs
